Our courses are facilitated through CaliforniaParenting.com; a facilitator for parents needing Parenting Classes, either required or requested.

Our online platform allows students to complete their course requirements through various means should they be unable to meet their instructor in person due to time or budget constraints.

Phase 1 Centralized Scheduling, Intake & Fee System

Phase 1 includes the foundational setup and configuration of your practice’s operational systems. This phase covers the development of your intake structure, workflow design, payment and scheduling setup, communication pathways, and the creation of an organized administrative framework to support client onboarding and day-to-day operations.

Phase 2 focuses on building the infrastructure needed to support associates and expand operational capacity. This phase includes establishing a structured onboarding process, creating compensation and payout systems, configuring scheduling and routing rules for multi-provider operations, and developing administrative oversight tools that ensure consistency, accountability, and smooth internal coordination.

Phase 3 delivers the final integration, optimization, and launch-ready configuration of your practice’s full operational system. This phase includes system testing, refinement of workflows, development of financial and compensation calculators, creation of documentation and reference materials, and preparation for full deployment so your practice can operate efficiently, confidently, and sustainably.

- Payment Terms:
  1. The deposit is due upon agreement to proceed with the selected phase(s).
  2. The deposit becomes non-refundable after 3 calendar days from the payment date.
  3. If the project is canceled within the 3-day window, 50% of the deposit is refundable.
  4. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the time and work already completed, including preparation of the project prospectus, development of project blueprints, meetings for review, and preparation of the 1099-based agreement.
  5. After the 3-day window has passed, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable due to scheduling, preparation, and project allocation.
  6. Each phase operates independently under these same payment terms.
  Pay In-Full Discount Terms:
  
  Clients who pay in full for all three phases in advance receive a 10% discount on the total project cost. If the project is terminated early, the following applies:
  1. The discount is void, and standard phase pricing will apply.
  2. Refunds will be itemized according to project status at the time of cancellation.
  3. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed at full phase rates.
  4. Refunds will follow the same deposit and completion rules as outlined above.
  Examples:
  - If canceled within 3 days after full payment, the Phase 1 deposit will be charged, and 50% of that deposit will be refunded.
  - If canceled during week 6, when work is in Phase 2, the full fee for Phase 1 is non-refundable, and Phase 2 deposit terms apply (50% refundable if canceled within 3 days of that phase’s start).
  - If canceled after 4 days into Phase 2, the full fee for Phase 2 is due, and any remaining balance for Phase 3 will be refunded.
